Will we EVER go

We have been trying to find time to go to the Pumpkin patch as a family. Anthony actually had the weekend off. So we kept contemplating whether to go on Sat after the girls naps or Sun. after church. So when Sat came I got the girls all dressed and ready to go before their naps. But to our surprise they slept longer than expected and of course I wasn't ready. So we decided to go on Sun after church. Being the camera freak that I am I took pictures of them, on Sat., ( before deciding not to go) and they looked so cute I couldn't pass up the opportunity to share the pics w/ you.
note: this is kinda a long blog.....sorry

It's Sunday after church and we finally make it to the pumpkin patch and realized it was lame but Alexa enjoyed it for a little while.

Computer Baby

My friend Mandy went on the computer and found this website that takes you and your spouses pictures and determins what your future baby will look like. I thiught it was so weird and made me curious if it would come out like Charlie or Alexa. So I had to share this w/ everyone just to prove the site wrong and to prove that not all babies are cute and because it amde me laugh sooo hard and Anthony scared.

Leaf Peeping

My friend Danielle and her family were going to Mt. Holyoke to enjoy the beautiful view. At this time of the year you can see so much of Mass. and all the beautiful fall trees ( which is why I guess they call it leaf peeping). Anthony had to work but the girls and I joined them. It wasn't that far of a drive and it was fun looking at all the different color trees w/ Alexa on the drive up. When we got there it was so beautiful looking over the state. It's funny how different things look when all you can see is nature. We walked a little and stopped for a snack w/ a beautiful scenery. Then we tried to take pictures of the kids together but my girls REALLY didn't want to take pictures. Alexa and Issac wanted to run around all the big rocks. While Charlie and Addison enjoyed looking at the leaves and sitting on the wet grass. But all in all it was nice and to end the trip we went to Pizza Hut where the kids enjoyed pizza. There's not so many scenery pictures of the drive I figured you got a look at enough trees in the last blog. but i hope you enjoy.

Apple Picking

Yesterday our play group went apple picking. I didn't even know people did this in the Fall, but I guess around here it's like going to a pumpkin patch. It's just something you do every Fall. This place was so beautiful and the drive there was unbelievable. We walked around this huge orchard that had all kinds of fruits. I couldn't imagine taking care of soo much. As we were walking everyone was picking apples and fruits and eating them right off the tree, and no one cared.

Alexa was the only kid to poke it instead of hold it.

So if you're anything like me you're thinking you let the girls eat apples from the trees and ground where there are frogs, and bugs without washing the apples first. Everyone was doing it and they weren't getting sick or finding bugs in their apples soooo I let the girls eat too. But I was grossed out.

The slide show is mostly the drive there and scenery things, but there are some pictures of the kids. It's hard driving and taking pictures so I'm sorry if you can't see the beauty in the pictures. I love the scenery here, w/ the trees changing colors and the leaves falling. I've got to work on getting use to the cold now though.

A Circus Birthday Party

Alexa went to her friend Issac's 3rd birthday party and had a lot of fun. It was a Circus theme so the kids all got their faces painted and made mask. And she wanted the face painting off five min. after begging to get it done. Half of it lasted all day. Then the sun came out and the kids went free and played outside. Alexa wanted to open all the presents and be the birthday girl. So it took a lot of telling her that it's not her birthday, it's Issac's. But she still loved the day w/ her friend and the ice cream cake.
