Last yr. we sold all our stuff including the girls bed and move across the united states. So for the last year Charlie has been sleeping in a play pin and Alex was on crib mattress since that's all we could fit and afford. We finally got my girls their big girl beds that they deserve. We got bunk beds since we're limited on space and they'll probably be sharing a room for awhile. They both seemed to really like the idea of a bed. Charlie is the easiest kid to put to sleep. It doesn't matter where you lay her if she's tired she'll go to sleep. So putting her to bed the first night was easy. Alexa was a little cautious when it actually came down to falling asleep on the top bunk. But she did. Then the following morning bright and early Alex come barging through our bedroom door saying, "Charlie got out of bed by herself." Which I don't doubt, she is our climber but who woke her up so early, hmmmmm. Anyway. So getting the girls to bed is easy it's keeping them in their bed I think I'm going to have trouble w/. I can understand Charlie's curiosity. I mean going from a bed she had to cry just to get out of to this completely free bed that she can climb in and out of. For a 15mo. old climber this could mean trouble. And for those concerned about her she climbs over the bed rail, there goes safety out the window.
